The shipping costs are determined by the destination of your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping will be calculated automatically during checkout prior the completion of your order. You will be given the option of selecting 1 of 3 different shipping methods. (1)Standard shipping( Free!!! ) (2)Registered shipping( U.S $2.2 ) (3)Speed post shipping (**Contact us for quote ) The method that you choose determines how quickly your order will arrive. Standard refers to standard airmail for international orders. Registered post gives you an added level of security. It allows you to track you delivery. the shipping charge is slightly higher than standard shipping. Speed post offers international express courier shipments service through DHL, Fedex, UPS or EMS. Companies provides door-to-door service and deliver even at night and on weekends. To use registered post or speed post, please inform us for further query or payment.

The delivery time for your order depends on the shipping method you select. The delivery date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, processing time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the shipping destination. Orders typically ship within 3 business days once payment is received. As advertised by post office, delivery time for Standard shipping takes anywhere from 10 to 20 business days. Weekends and holidays do not count. On rare occasions, it takes five to six weeks to deliver items. Registered shipping typically arrives in 7 to 28 business days. Transit time will usually be 2 to 5 days for speed post shipping. Please note that delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you emails on order status. Goods will be adequately packaged to prevent damage occuring during transit, however, Kornoo accept no responsiblity whatsoever for goods lost or damaged during the time it is in transit.

At this time, no changes can be made to an order once it has been completed. In order to select the appropriate delivery time for your needs, please refer to question 'Can you explain the difference shipping options you offer? And what are the charges?' for further query.

Your order will be processed within two to three business day after payment is received. Please note that some delivery methods may not have weekend pick-ups or deliveries. So you will need to take that into consideration as well. Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for some countries if greater amount of customs administration are required.
